Laurie Wilson, President
Laurie has extensive experience as a senior financial and accounting management professional in industries including: distribution, technology, publishing, nonprofit, retail and Big Four Accounting. Laurie joined Red Apple’s Board because of her interest in creating stronger alliances between communities and their schools.
Glenn Anderson, Vice President
Glenn works in the field of Denver’s commercial real estate as a senior leasing agent for. He joined Red Apple’s Board in order to participate in the sustainability and wellness movement in our schools.
Bob Goldberg, Secretary & Treasurer
Bob has been in the corrugated and cardboard recycling business for over 25 years. His involvement with Red Apple is a natural connection to his career as a local business executive. The recycling and the charitable aspect of Red Apple are very appealing to his interests.
Kerry Shanahan, Grants Coordinator
Kerry Shanahan is a consultant with Centennial Leasing and Sales and has lived in the Denver metro area for more than 30 years. An avid outdoors woman, she is passionate about the environment, sustainability and teaching our young to care for their community. She joined Red Apple to support these goals of giving back to the community and supporting the schools in their efforts to achieve greater awareness of sustainability and recycling in our youth.
Thomas R. Lukich is a semi-retired educator who taught full time for 31 years. His interest in education, sustainability, recycling and making the new generation into natural, no second thought recyclers and conscious environmentalists brought him to our board. He is a fifth generation Colorado native who has seen a few changes in the state during his life, not all good. He hopes to help make the state a better place to live.
Cyndi has been an active member of the community for over 30 years. She and her husband Tom own Sprung Construction which has been a major force in preserving many of Denver’s Landmark buildings. Sprung Construction also is one of the first to become Leed Certified. Cyndi’s keen interest in promoting wellness, sustainability and recycling education were the key in setting up a recycling program in their own children’s schools in Evergreen, CO.
Carolyn Gust is currently the Director of Regional Marketing for Qdoba Mexican Grill. She has experience in national and corporate marketing for consumer brands including McDonald’s USA, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KeyCorp. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and loves to ski and hike.
